my re-tell

Happy birthday to Roald Dahl,100! Congratulations! You’ve written 16 books and we are so thankful that you wrote these amazing books and that we got to read them. Children all around the world love reading your books at home and at school. I loved The BFG the best because it reminds me of myself as I am a bit like a giant and I am friendly. I am so impressed that you made up 500 new words like phizz- whizzing and scrumdiddlyumptious. Thank you for all the fun and reading you have given us both now and for future generations to come.

” Na na na na na na na na na batman. Yay!” The sound of the TV woke me up. I walked down the stairs and I sat down next to my brother Alex. I grabed the remote. I changed the channel. There was nothing on and I thought “well what a start to the day.” I went back up stairs to get dressed when I saw the most giant spider EVER! “MUM!”

“What is it dear? Is there some thing wrong?”

“Yes! There is a gaint spider in my room!”

“This day just keeps getting better and better!” I thought.

I really recomend this book because it has a message to all the readers: to not judge people by their faces. If you are a person that likes adventure, humour and action, your the person that would enjoy this amazing book this book, written by R.J Palacio.

so the weekends coming and this are some things i would be doing

going to the cinemas

we will be visiting the pet shop because we are getting a dog yay

going to the shops thats all comment what your going to do on the weekend

Toot! A whistle blow and everybody disappeared when suddenly, it hit me!  WE WERE PLAYING DOdGEBALL!!!!!!

“Aaahhh” I screamed non stop balls were hitting my face, I ran for protection when! I saw my whole class!!! Right in front of me. They had balls in there hands ready to fire them. I heard a count down? “3 2 1 fire!” They started throwing balls at me. I started running around in circles hopping it would stop and it did. I looked “Where did my class go?” I said. Our teacher was here. I got saved.

number 1. use correct use punctuation such as comers.

number 2. spell even harder words to practices in my writing.

number 3. edit and re-read my text so it can make sense.

my maths goals are

1. putting 5 digit numbers in extended form

2. renaming 4 digit numbers

3. ordering decimals

my writing goals is putting background information in my introduction.
